Charging policy

We receive many requests for more detailed data than is available publicly on the UCAS website, or than is additionally available to our member institutions under the capitation fee.

To ensure that all of our customers, and our member institutions in particular, receive equal value for money, we make a charge for custom-built data. We understand that our users have many different requirements and, as such, we quote for data requests on an individual basis. Currently the minimum charge is £200 plus VAT. Please note that we are always happy to discuss your requirements with no-obligation.
